HOMEScenesCouple Kimono Experience

Kimono for Two

From 10,780 yen for two (tax included)

No need to bring anything just bring yourself.

Required time

Dressing takes about 30 minutes, and hair styling about 30 minutes. Including time to choose your kimono, please allow 1 to 1.5 hours from arrival to departure.

How it works

Choose one plan for her and one for him — casual or silk, in any combination — and pick your colors and patterns together in store on the day.

01 — An easy day of walking, together

The most popular choice for couples trying kimono for the first time. Kimono, obi, accessories, bag and hair ornament all included. Polyester is light and easy to move in, so it's a relaxed choice even on a long day of walking, or in the rain.

Mix and match freely — coordinate your colors, or go your own way. That's the fun part.

02 — A quieter day, in silk

You can feel the difference the moment you put it on. Even in a quiet color, silk catches the light differently depending on the angle. Spend the day at a temple garden away from the crowds, then finish with dinner somewhere special.

She can choose Komon/Tsumugi silk or Houmongi; he can choose silk Omeshi or Oshima Tsumugi.

Women's — Adult Outing Plan (Komon/Tsumugi silk)9,790 yen
Women's — Houmongi23,100 yen
Men's — Silk Omeshi14,300 yen
Men's — Oshima Tsumugi9,790 yen

Women's silk plans are available year-round, in lined fabric for autumn/winter/spring and ro/sha for summer.
